A Fresh Look at the Nuremburg Trials
American Thinker ^ | 6 Dec, 2021 | Michael Curtis

One can only hope that the standards by which the Nazis were judged and condemned will be the basis of subsequent judgments where necessary.

On December 1, 2021, a gang of thugs harassed a bus full of Jewish teenagers in Oxford Street, London's flagship shopping area in Central London. This hate crime was caught on video, with the thugs abusing the youths, banging the bus, spitting on it, taking off shoes (an insult in Arab culture), giving obscene gestures and the Nazi salute. The teenagers were celebrating the first night of Hanukah, the festival of lights commemorating the Jewish uprising in the second century B.C. against the Greek-Syrian kingdom, which had tried to impose statues of Greek gods on the Jewish temple. The Jewish population miraculously saved the temple with a single vial of oil, enough for one day, that lasted for eight days. The evil perpetrators were defeated.

The British thugs on Oxford Street exemplify the reality that evil is committed by simpletons and morons, as well as by monsters. But sometimes there is deliberate obfuscation.

The Nuremberg trials were a series of military tribunals under the created new international law, important legal norms that are the basis for later conventions on human rights and the genocide convention. They prosecuted prominent members of the political, military, judicial, and economic leadership of Nazi Germany, individuals who, among other acts and war crimes, were responsible for the Holocaust.

The first trial, called by one of the judges the greatest trial in history, is the best known. Indictments were entered against 24 individuals and seven major organizations. Of them, twelve were sentenced to death, seven to prison; three were acquitted; and two were not charged.

What is left out of this article is mention of medical experimentation forced on a population.

Winners Justice would have been what Stalin wanted to do: take the top 25,000 leading Nazis out & shoot them.
The western allies insisted there be something resembling fair trials, and the results produced far less "justice" than the Nazis so richly deserved.

He also scrambled Hanukkah a fair bit, probably due to space limitations.

In such a circumstance, probably better to give a link to Chabad or something.

Stalin was too busy giving the Nazis deals for science and engineering, just like the USA.

Operation Paperclip still makes me ill.

Probably a required evil, but ick.

If Operation Paperclip hadn't existed, the U.S. would not have had a man on the moon by 1969.

I just watched the movie “Land Mine” on dvd. War’s over and the Danes made 20k of their prisoners remove a million or 2 land mines by hand. No training or equipment. Half of the young soldiers blew up as the Germans drafted the very young as they were losing badly. Against the Geneva Convention.

Winners justice. What’s the ‘proper’ way to deal with the mess when the Krauts surrender and go home? Funny how we never heard about it.

This will repeat in 2025. The left has no idea of the hell that is going to be unleashed on them.

I would certainly hope so. The list of candidates in and around the Xiden regime deserving of ‘Winners Justice’ is substantial ... Obama, Rice Jarret, Kamaltoe, ... the names are many.

Yes.

We must keep saying Nuremburg, saying loud, saying it clearly.

The Nazis thought they'd be victorious and forced experimentation on unwilling and uniformed humans would simply be forgotten.

They were wrong, yet they felt they were in the right because no one dared push back.

We really need to push back on the branch covidians at every turn.

They need to know they have already lost the initiative, be reminded that the tide is turning, that the truth is leaking out in every outlet throughout the world.

And if they keep it up they will pay, and pay in full as a horrible example for any future tinpot dictator.

"Ends justify the means." The pushback that eventually worked was massive force of violence in opposition. That isn't going to happen in this case. Governments are nerly perfecty aligned to the same end, and on the means. There will be no international court case calling out any of the countries perpetrating this atrocity against humanity.

The Nazis thought they would win. They continued atrocities to the bitter end.

As long as the vaxcovidians believe they will win, forced vaccinations, boosters and camps will continue.

The very least we can do is give them an iota* of doubt at every turn.

* hopefully before we reach the end of the Greek alphabet for naming variants!

They control all the armies.

Just saying, this won't be settled the same way WWII was, country vs. country. Today, nearly all the governments are aligned in favor of vax, boosters, and for the non-compliant, restrictions on liberty.

As far as the authorities are concerned, no evil experiment is being perpetrated. To them, none of what they are demanding is immoral - in fact they see it the opposite. Those who resist are immoral.

Sadly, plenty of other Nazi monsters were allowed to remain free. Many were hired, and protected by the U.S., Britain, France, and Russia...used as agents to provide “intelligence” about their enemies. Some were probably even double agents. Most of them lived their lives comfortably, and unpunished. Did we actually gain any important knowledge from those Nazi criminals that gave us an advantage over Communism? By the looks of things in this country today, it doesn’t look like it.

You are perfectly free to do absolutely nothing, not even say a single word, to stop it.

That goes without saying.

My thught is that while what is going on now is more damaging to humanity as a whole by a hundredfold, it's naive to think any government is going to rat out the scam, much less convene some sort of court of justice to punish what amounts to "itself."
