Gorka says 'one thing' will stop Trump 2024 run
Washington Examiner ^ | December 03, 2021 | Daniel Chaitin

Echoing the opinions of other people close to Trump , Gorka told GB News he is extremely confident that Trump will attempt to get his old job back with GOP prospects looking good for retaking one or both chambers of Congress after the 2022 contest.

"I saw the president recently in New York. Before I went to see him, I told everybody on my radio show, 'I give it a 95% chance that he's running,'" Gorka said. After the visit, Gorka added, "I said '99.9%.'"

"There's only one thing that will stop him: If we don't crush the Democrats in the midterm elections next year. Because he can't be at the mercy of impeachment again. He has to have the House and the Senate behind him," Gorka said.

He opined that the Biden administration has had a "disastrous" 11 months and predicted that Trump will "stroll back into the West Wing."

Your first two paragraphs are huge for me, too. Possible deal breakers for 2024 election, depending on if he has an opponent in the primary.

Wrong. I voted for Trump. Twice. Then I took an objective look at what he had and had not done, and drew an independent conclusion.

Something that we all should be doing.

I wish I had a good answer to that question. But I don't.

I can say this though, we have got to stop calling each other 'trolls' when someone tries to engage others in objective thinking outside the GOP narrative. We have got to be able to challenge the narratives we've been programmed to believe (yes, both left AND right have been programmed!) and start truly seeing the world as it is.

Because open borders, a financial system that is so over extended as to be laughable, and a system of taxation and usury that, for all intents and purposes, enslaves us all, are just branches. Not the root. Looking at the condition of our society, I realize that my grandchildren are not growing up in the same country that I did. America is not in any meaningful way the same country I grew up in 60 years ago.

Traditional marriage, chastity, modesty, grace, manners, and sanctity of life are mythical concepts in the world today. Once upon a time, men dressed up as drag queens, parading around publicly would have been met by a harsh response from my grandparents' generation. But today, we have MAGA drag queens.

I don't claim to have the answers. But I do want to talk about the problems, and figure out how they were caused because I believe that if we figure out how these problems were caused, we can figure out how to solve them. And the solution is not in any one person, but in all of us.

Lastly, culture is upstream from politics, therefore the answer won’t be found in politics.

Yeah. That they sit today still incarcerated for engaging in something our Constitution explicitly grants us the right to do, breaks my heart.

“That was a lot. Hope it made sense.”

Yes, it made sense - but I disagree with most of it.

President Trump is true hero. By truly advocating for the people, he made mortal enemies of almost everyone holding power.

The Constitution was meant to reserve the ultimate power for We the People - but those protections against tyranny have been squandered and traded away ever since - and that’s not President Trump’s fault.

Marxists began chipping away at the Constitution before the ink was even dry, and have continued non-stop - long before President Trump promised to make America great again.

For five years we have seen the full force of the state weaponized against a President - the impeachment hoaxes, the stolen election, the January 6 set up.

Both political parties, Academia, Hollywood, the Media, the Security State - even the Supreme Court - all conspired to topple a President - just because he fought to return the power to We the People.

You have to be pretty twisted to make this President Trump’s fault.

No, I have not. I have asserted that Trump is not our Savior. That is all. He is not going to save America. He cannot because the problem is far bigger than Congress, the Senate, the Supreme Court, or even the deep state apparatus.

You are right. The condition of this nation is not Trump's fault. It is our fault. We allowed ourselves to be programmed by the content fed to us on television. We allowed our traditions and values to be subverted. We turned away from God, and all that we knew to be right. Trump did not do that. We did.

You're right... we need to figure out how this is happening.

“I have asserted that Trump is not our Savior. That is all.”

No, if that’s all you said I would have agreed - no presidential hopeful is our Savior, especially with a capital S.

You began all this by suggesting it would be “people with common sense” who would stop Trump in 2024. Then you said “..he really did not and does not have America and Americans first as his priority”.

That’s about as wrong as you can get: he IS the common sense choice - he is the ONLY proven promise-keeper who puts America First.

But I do agree with your new position - that none of this is Trump’s fault.

And I agree he can’t be our Savior - but he can be our champion (again).
