Is Scotland considered part of the UK?

England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland comprise the UK.
I spent a few days in England in 2006 and was surprised at how much public drunkenness I saw.
When I was under 21, my state and most of the other states had 21 as the minimum age for drinking, and that was before anyone ever heard of MADD.
Obviously, they didn’t conduct the survey during Oktoberfest ...

There was a TV show or a special documentary a couple of years ago that ran videos of young women staggering out of bars in Wales. These gals were throwing up all over the place, lying passed out in the gutters, doorways, on park benches, etc. Really gross!
Maybe we'll hit the lottery someday?
