*Chit Chat Rant* What the heck is Jen Psaki flipping pages in her notebook for? I'm getting triggered watching this gal take questions at news conferences. Almost every time a questions is asked shes flipping through pages in some book on the lectern but she doesnt ever reference the page that she flipped to. Is this some kind of nervous tick or what??
Watch for her to replace Chris Cuomo when she leaves the White House next month.....

I can’t remember her name off the top of my head, but trumps press secretary had a neatly organized binder with all sorts of tabs she was able to quickly reference for specific detailed information as needed. This idiot looks like she’s flipping through random scraps of paper to try to find something.
One of them came well prepared with almost all the information they would need in a easy to access format another one looks through a mess of papers/notes in a panic. Shows you who is the business person and prepared

Contrast McEnany flipping quickly in massive binders to a plethora of objective responses to any question/challenge, relentlessly exuding “I’ve got this” confidence & dominance.
Something in the way she fibs, disgusts me like no other liar......
The only answer that covers this IMO is that she is a Democrat.
The flipping of the note book is a crutch until she can bluster her way through the presser.

Every time she gets asked a question she always seems confused in shock people ask the type of question she’s getting asked. Of course, everything she’s getting is a Softball question there isn’t really that hard or difficult to answer but can barely do that. I’ve never really followed press secretaries all that much but she is terrible at it

I think the notebook contains levels of canned reply phrases under categories of “blaming Trump” “tiny bit plausible as an excuse” “totally outrageous nonsense but worth a try” and “say this if you have nerve and can keep a straight face to the dimwit journalists.”
Last page has “I’ll have to circle back to you on that.”
