Paying Germany? Remember when Trump wanted to bring pharmaceuticals, medical supply & PPE production to Puerto Rico? Would benefit PR, the USA and take out potential sourcing problems of using foreign countries. I believe PR had a large industry there before some trade agreement, or something, sent the industry to China. (I can't remember the exact reason).

Remember being vaccinated (I have twice and a booster) does not mean you will not get the virus. You may get a milder version of it.
