May I be permitted to wonder out loud if that appeal realistically has the chances of a snowball in hell?
(Can't charge me with contempt of court. JMHO, most are BENEATH contempt.)
Trump will keep appealing right up to the SC, and use whatever court delays they can dream up.
The goal will be to run out the clock to Jan. 2023 when the GOP takes over Congress and deep sixes this tax witch hunt.
If we don’t take back the House in 11 months, then we are all SOL, not just Trump.
