I’m a federal employee—I think the 90% of “compliance” includes those who have requested a religious or medical exemption. We (supervisors) have been told to just sit on those. I suspect the 10% are those who just ignored the whole thing.

so it looks like the bolded part occurrs after the holidays.

I am SO glad you responded to this thread. I am of course a federal employee too, and locally we've heard nothing "officially" on when and how our exemptions are going to be processed. You're the very first person who's "in the know" and has any knowledge. We know supervisors/commanders are sitting on civilian exemptions, but have never been told what you typed.
