Death Panels rarely look like a line of doctors in lab coats
sitting at long tables, deciding whether or not to kill an expensive patient. Death Panels are more likely going to take the form of protocols which cause people to die when they could just as easily have been saved. Basically, Death Panels are when the money and the politics are more important than the health care.
