As always, there’s some truth in satire. Number 4 & 5 in this example, as it was mostly evidence presented by the prosecution that proved Kyle innocent. Binger and Kraus basically tried to tell them what they were going to see, then repeated those claims while they presented video evidence to the jury. Fortunately, the jury actually watched. Then they watched again during deliberations and decided to believe their own eyes rather than the lyin’ prosecutors.
