As per the law I have to have a flu shot.
NJ law is different than where I am. Flu shot is completely optional. And yes--I do work in a hospital. One you've probably heard of.
Although in theory I can see the sense in and some of the people I work with agree with that view, others don’t.
There is no good reason for a vaccine mandate.
If it works, no mandate is needed.
If it doesn't work, why have a mandate?
Those are the only two options. It either works, or it doesn't. Working "most of the time" is not working.

I really don’t know why I took the shot now that I think about.
I had the first in December of last year and then the second in January.
I’ve always wondered why if the shot works why do we need a mask and if the masks work why do we need the shot.

And I don't ‘’lean on a mop handle’’ and no I don't play online on my employers computer as that's a strict policy, personally it's something I wouldn't do anyway and I don't have the time seeing as how myself and my co workers are pretty busy most of the time.
Thanks for exposing how really juvenile you are, how angry you are and how supremely ignorant you are of not only how its is to work in a hospital ER and how ignorant you are of me. From experience at this job and the others I've had, observing, asking questions, sometimes being given information gratuitously by nurses and technicians themselves sometimes as a matter of course as per my employer and various laws about what to do under certain circumstances , a mother who was an OR nurse and a nursing director, a wife who was a CNA(certified nursing assistant) and is now a heart monitor technician. But you know none of this or me and what I do. Pathetic. Be gone.

Yeah, the point is you’re ignorant of that I do in doing my job in the ER and what I’m responsible for, what I’m shown by experts because I ask so I can learn and gain some knowledge and insight into the human condition , what my employer(s because I’ve worked in two other ERs)) have trained me to do.
I never said I was a doctor and I don’t make diagnosis.
But you’ve never done what I do, have never seen what I’ve seen and see all the time.
That’s my point.
