From experience at this job and the others I've had, observing, asking questions, sometimes being given information gratuitously by nurses and technicians themselves sometimes as a matter of course as per my employer and various laws about what to do under certain circumstances , a mother who was an OR nurse and a nursing director, a wife who was a CNA(certified nursing assistant) and is now a heart monitor technician.
