Prosecutor Thomas Binger needs to be disbarred. I have to think that after the verdict (please let it be dismissed with prejudice) the good judge will inflict whatever legal consequences he can upon this prosecutor. It would be so delicious if he was thrown in the pokey for reckless endangerment with that gun stunt yesterday in the courtroom.
