Prosecutor Thomas Binger told Kyle Rittenhouse: "You understand that when you point your AR-15 at someone, it may make them feel like you are going to kill them, correct?"
Problem is, it wasn't an AR-15, and secondly, here is the sequence of events that night:
Rittenhouse is headed to put out a fire.
Rosenbaum sees him and begins to chase him.
Rittenhouse flees.
Rosenbaum keeps pursuing.
Rittenhouse points his gun at him but doesn't shoot.
Rosenbaum keeps after him.
Rittenhouse turns to face Rosenbaum, Rosenbaum lunges for his gun, gets shot.
Rittenhouse didn't provoke him as Rosenbaum began to chase him long before he pointed the rifle at him, is on video ealier that night trying to instigate a fight, and after Rosenbaum is shot the mob then become vigilantes later on by chasing him.
So when Binger held the rifle and pointed it at people in the courtroom, saying this is what provokes people, it was all drama on his part and false.
Prosecutor Thomas Binger needs to be disbarred.
No, that’s not how it went. Binger claimed Kyle pointed his rifle at Ziminski, provoking Rosenbaum to protect him by going after Kyle.
There are problems with this case. However, I do not trust citizens on the jury to actually judge on the law or the facts.
And that’s all they’ve got!
Rittenhouse testified earlier this week that Ziminski pointed a gun at him as he approached the parking lot where the Rosenbaum shooting happened.
And it’s a grainy image of Kyle supposedly pointing his gun at Ziminski.
They had HIGH RES video of all the riots using drones and didn’t indict anyone ... except the ‘vigilante’ Kyle.
Rittenhouse did the country an immense favor , capping Rosenbaum .
May it happen a thousand times over, with many other AntiFa assholes
When you understand that Binger and Kraus are part of the violent mob, still pursuing Rittenhouse to hurt and/or kill him after all these months, it all becomes clear.
We don't recognize them as part of the mob because of the nice suits - but these two are even more deadly than the felons that got shoot.
The stunt with the rifle was terrible....a bad act.
I was so naive. I thought prosecutors were not allowed to out & out lie. This case made it clear that, like the left, the operating principle is any lie cheat or trick is OK if it serves my purpose. When did it change? Crooked prosecutors used to be punished not tolerated.
Did it change when everyone agreed that Biden should continue to enjoy the power & privilege of a Presidency he won by cheating & fraud? Or do both occurrences spring from the tolerance for evil the left has fostered for decades?
Binger and the Left are redefining provocation and self defense. Anything you do that they don’t like is provocation and justifies their attacks. Like wearing a MAGA hat or carrying a Trump flag. Defending yourself is vigilantism and aggression.
Let not any one pacify his conscience by the delusion that he can do no harm if he takes no part, and forms no opinion. Bad men need nothing more to compass their ends, than that good men should look on and do nothing. He is not a good man who, without a protest, allows wrong to be committed in his name, and with the means which he helps to supply, because he will not trouble himself to use his mind on the subject.

I have to think that after the verdict (please let it be dismissed with prejudice) the good judge will inflict whatever legal consequences he can upon this prosecutor. It would be so delicious if he was thrown in the pokey for reckless endangerment with that gun stunt yesterday in the courtroom.
