The Wyoming Republican Party voted this weekend to no longer recognize GOP Representative Liz Cheney as a member of the party.
Joey Correnti, chairman of the Carbon County GOP, one of the officials who pushed for the resolution to be passed, told the Casper Star-Tribune it came after what he estimated were nine county Republican parties in Wyoming voting to no longer recognize Cheney as a member of the state's GOP.
The Casper Star-Tribune said the vote by the state party was closer than some of the larger margins in various county committees which had already passed the resolution.

now the ugly troll can switch to the Dummycraps, as her natural party..
Wonderful! She’s been shooting off her mouth like a lying commie D, for months — many times, too, not just one careless blurt.
She’s an embarrassment to Wyo and certainly doesn’t belong in the R party
Talk about a Bwaaa,ha,ha.
What is the practical upshot of this? Can they disallow her to appear on the primary ballot as a Republican?
Why didn’t the House GOP kick her out when she agreed to be on the J6 tribunal.
Excommunicate the carpetbagger.
Maybe she and Romney and Kristol can form their own party.
They do have some say in who ends up in the primary and can also deny funding but you know RINOs at the national level will fund her as well as big money donors who fund RINOs.
She’s toast. Goodbye Liz. And good riddance!
This is interesting.
The state party decides to decertify her party bonafides. Is this decision binding on the GOP in Congress? Nope.
Feds answer only to themselves.
I think so, but what controls is party rules. If the party won't admit her, then she can't claim the party on the ballot.

I think anyone can claim to be a member of any party. What this suggest is she may not get any financial or logistic support from the party.
The margin to “dis-recognize” her was so slim, it seems unlikely that they can move to keep her off the ballot....and then you are correct, big outside RINO money will float her campaign.
She will go ‘all in’, I believe, and may pull off the same thing Murkowski did in Alaska.
She can probably rely on the Dem vote to carry her across the finish line.
If we could get rid of OK Inhofe and the dreeb....here in OK....we might have something good happen
Liz has been more vocal and gone farther than others, but she is far from alone.
145 GOP House members voted for her in February for her to lead them away from MAGA.
If you want new leadership you have to change the members.
This whole thing is so stunning to me. The Cheney name was so respected in Wyoming. Liz had this seat for life and a cush spot in the House leadership. She threw it all away for what? Some cheap shots at Trump for criticizing her dad? When she’s out of Congress the media will drop her as no longer useful.
One practical affect will be a loss of votes at the ballot box.
He’s retiring at the end of his term, he says, and certainly he’ll be old enough to do it
Hallelujah!
Why didn’t the House GOP kick her out when she agreed to be on the J6 tribunal.

Because most of them are left-wing RINOs who have the same mindset she has.
