Does the claim of tampering sound credible? ADA Binger should (which in this case has a really big "if" attached) be smarter than to do something that a outside observer can spot so easily.
If true, declare a mistrial with prejudice.
That was 100% tampered evidence - he was obviously holding the rifle pointed downwards.
ADA Binger is a pencil-neck idiot with a degree. He’s not only stupid enough, he’s got plenty of arrogance to believe it would work. He’s been riding this judge since day 1. Nothing would surprise me.
Spent my free time today perusing the lefts articles on Rittenhouse. They really believe him to be a vigilante guilt of murder.

Binger is a smarmy punk who looks the part with his “What About Mary” hair flip (which he probably got from a similar source).

So, he runs after him to surrender? All he had to do was turn around and walk away, which would negate any reason to “surrender.” No, he ran after Rittenhouse and pointed a gun at him.
Binger is arrogant enough and ideologically driven enough to believe that public opinion was on his side.
Also, it seems to me that this judge has dealt with this idiot prosecutor before.
The headline reminded me of Mike Nifong if the Duke lacrosse case.
That’s not the way the “Progressives” think about this.
There is no rhyme nor reason to their thought process in this matter. Verdict First. Trial Latter. ???

Why would he surrender to Kyle? Kyle was not a person with authority.

Gage had to make up the reason he was presenting his gun at Kyle’s head. The “Progressives” have their verdict. They don’t need no steenkin facts.
Directed verdict of acquittal.
I hope so, and that Judge Schroeder chews out ADA Binger so thoroughly it gets used in law schools to help show how lawyers should never act toward a judge.

The FBI released a surveillance video last week showing a mussel blast near where Rittenhouse was as he protected the auto dealership. This triggered him to start running away from imminent danger. With Kyle on the run, people thought he was the active shooter who caused the gun blast. He was seen as a person who needed to be stopped, even if he wasn’t the one at fault. the question is, who fired the first shot?
