WRENTHAM, Mass. (WJAR) — A man donned a blonde wig and dressed as a woman so he could secretly record girls and women in a Massachusetts mall's restroom, police said.
Jacob Guerrero, 23, of Woonsocket, was arrested Monday night.

According to a police report, the investigation began Aug. 24 when police received a call from customers at the Wrentham Village Premium Outlets complaining of a person, who appeared to be a man dressed as a woman, acting suspiciously in the women's restroom.
Wearing a blonde wig, investigators said Guerrero followed girls as young as 12 into the bathroom.
"What he would do is sit in the stall next to the vacant stall in hopes to place his foot in the position where he would be able to view the people in the adjoining stall," said Wrentham Police Chief Bill McGrath.
A witness took notice and later snapped a photo of the suspect, investigators say, allegedly capturing the tools he used: tiny pen-style surveillance cameras that were tucked into his shoelaces.
"Pen cameras are easily concealed surveillance cameras that have the ability to record video and photos on micro SD cards contained within the pen. The photos or video captured can then be transferred to any device, including cell phones and computers," police said.

if i go to a rest room and there is a man in a wig, i’m calling him out, period.
This brings to mind something which happened to me. We stopped at a gas station to get gas, and I went into the ladies bath room.
I noticed in the stall next to me, a pair of very dirty well worn cowboy boots—didn’t really think a woman would be caught dead in those boots. A few seconds later a very ugly face with greasy stringy dirty looking hair appeared under the stall wall peering right at me.
I thought that is either a man or the ugliest woman I’ve ever seen. And I kicked that face, while screaming stop that get your face out of my stall. As soon as I finished, I went inside the gas station and informed the manager.
He hollered at the young kid assistant to go check the rest room cause he thought (some name I couldn’t understand) is probably in there. When the ugly dude came out, he made a big deal of looking at the sign on the door - pretending that he couldn’t believe it was the women’s restroom.
A few years later, the womens restroon access was move to inside the gas station -—I assumed the dude continued his peeping activities, and that was a way to nip further efforts in the bud.
Name him and shame him.
Perfectly legitimate.

Why were the investigators wearing a blonde wig? Did they take turns wearing it, or was it a very large wig so that more than one head could fit into it?
I wish they’d make him wear that same blonde wig when he’s in the jail shower. I’d love to see that. Wonder what names the other inmates will give him? “Gertrude? Sybil?”
