Officer Jason Krueger (pronounced kray-ger). At around 4 hour 53 minute mark he describes when someone comes up with a gun with their hands up it’s an indication they are not a threat, but when Kyle does it he pepper sprayed him. Any idea why Kyle was treated differently?
Seems to me Officer “Kray-ger” should have arrested poor Kyle to try to find out what he was talking about.

If you listen to the rest of what Pirro says, she's making the argument that the DA filed the charges within 48 hours of the shooting, meaning that there was no time for the true facts to emerge before making the charges.
She's arguing that the DA had already made up his mind as to the guilt of Rittenhouse because he filed the murder charges too soon to allow for a proper investigation before filing charges.
Pirro is discrediting the murder charges, not supporting them. If you listen to the rest of what Pirro says, she lauds Rittenhouse.

The judge repeatedly sent the jury out of the courtroom while he strongly admonished ADA Binger. The jury was sent to the library. There is speculation that the jury was able to hear the judge through the walls as he was yelling at the ADA.
The Rittenhouse trial is fascinating as it unfolds. I hope Fox continues to televise it.

Gutfeld! had it right. I think one of his learnings based on the ADA is that you need to be killed before you can defend yourself.

This will end up going to the jury and they will be unable to acquit Kyle. There are some on the jury that will vote to convict based on their politics, regardless of evidence for self-defense. The jury is a reflection of the state of politics. They want “their side” to win. It will end up being a retrial, since Kyle is white.

As I understand it, the Judge wants the Jury to decide, as it should be.
The evidence is clear. I think that unless the jury is intimidated, the young man will be cleared.
