Lithuanians can also use a so-called “Freedom ID,” a locally issued document approved by the government in May to be used as a “health pass.”
According to a statement on the government’s official “Koronastop” website, “all contact services and economic activities shall be carried out and events organised (except for the established exceptions) only for persons who meet the criteria set by the National Certificate as the national covid pass. Only persons who can present a valid National Certificate shall be able to receive contact services.”
This is happening in a coordinated way in essentially all “civilized” “Western” countries. Citizens in those countries have lost the freedoms they believed they had.
Since March 2020 we have been losing more and more freedoms, and going under stricter and stricter rules.
I don’t see it reversing direction any time soon.

When the world saw that Catholics were staying healthy there would have been a mass movement toward Catholicism and Catholic countries like Lithuanian would have thriving economies and populations while the rest of the world hunkered down in their hidey-holes.

Nope, I did not PM you.
I taught myself computers/internet while I was employed full time as a fabricator so no, I was not spending my life diddling on computers.
I just figured computers were going to become a part of everyday life for most people and it has so I learned it when it was basic and just kept up with the changes.
Part of the reason conservatives are losing is because most are technologically challenged. The Left built all the social network platforms that controls most of the information flow these days.
