I agree with most of that. I wouldn’t boot anyone except for the obvious stuff..violence, threats, race etc. It’ll attract more posers, but that’s OK. That has a tendency to liven things up on occasion.

I understand that too. Just important to me where priorities stand. It is a huge question of trust Sir. What is more important? The revenue? Or the cause?
It is a very very important difference. Would the FR sell out for a better price? I have always given the benefit of the doubt that they would not.
But, we are not in Kansas anymore. Threats to one’s family and finances mean MUCH more now than they did last year. Question marks are absolutely justified considering all the current “selling out”.
A statement explaining that trust of private information here is not an issue would go a long way. Hard to find REAL trust anymore my friend.

A while back I posted a thread suggesting that FR license out its platform, since DISQUS has tens of millions of users , makes a crapload of money from their platform and it is inferior to FR’s code. It would mean the end of FReepathons for the most part. JimRob not only said he was not interested but he pulled the thread.
Because a bunch of fauxconservatives are planting their flag onto this Trumplican win and on top of that, they’re trying to remove FReepers whom they disagree with.

I own domains. I am a webmaster and developer. A partner and I have a conservative domain I first started 12 years ago.
“Selling out” would mean sharing the private information of members/users with the “powers that be” for a bigger pay check over the “cause”.
In these current times because of threats, extortion, and “Pay offs” very few can be trusted anymore.
I know ours is... I would go to jail and endure torture and even death if need be to never give up the private information of our members. Is this site willing to do the same for their members? For sure?

Jim was right... Never include a third party. It is never worth it in the end. I have never had a three party deal go right in all my years of business ownership.

The VA Dems lost their crap when USPS didn’t deliver 300K ballots (mail/fraud). That was not done locally. Other hands pulled those levers.
