A small-town Alabama police chief who died of COVID-19 loved the community he served and regretted his decision against getting vaccinated, his widow said.

Buddy Crabtree, a 10-year veteran of the Ider Police Department in northeastern Alabama, died Saturday of the illness caused by the new coronavirus, news outlets reported. He was often seen inside schools in the town of about 650 people.

“He loved his job and Ider,” widow Kristie Crabtree told WAAY-TV. “He loved the community of Ider, his officers, the school kids.”

His family has my sympathies. COVID19 can kill you, whether or not your vaccinated. Even the vaccines can kill you. It’s a gamble. The question here is how did they treat his case?

Well in my hometown a popular and well liked Farmer recently died from covid....he opted not to get the vaccine and never mentioned at all he regretted not getting it. But he was in his 70’s, diabetic, and was hospitalized. His wife and two sons also got it and none of them regretted NOT getting the shot.

But of course they won’t report those who got covid and didn’t regret getting the shot.

Died from C0VID, oh yeah! Not sure what Alabama chief’s cause of death. PCR can’t determine what kind of positive virus whether common cold coronavirus or influenza, to find out if so-called C0VID positive people who they have they should re-test using antibody test.
