...The judge could wait to see if the jury acquits on some or all charges before ruling on the mistrial motions. An acquittal by a jury is always preferred by judges since it is effectively unappealable.

Did he ever report on air? Are they deleting all videos?
Why was he following them home? Maybe it was NBC threatening the jurors all along.
MSNBC said he was freelancing for them so who knows if he was ever on air.
I don’t EVER watch MSNBC so wouldn’t recognize him if I saw a picture.
On another thread it was speculated that he was following so he could find out where they lived so that NBC could be the 1st to question them after the trial was over.
If anybody believes that I have a bridge over here at a very good price to sell you.
