Judge kicks MSNBC out of entering the Court House to view the Rittenhouse trial.
A person named James T. Morrison, who said he worked for MSNBC, was arrested last night for running a red light and following the jury bus.
Morrison said he was ordered by his boss in NY to do this.
Thought he might have been trying to take pictures of the jury.
On Wednesday, the defense team again asked for a mistrial without prejudice, meaning a new trial would remain a possibility, based on the miscommunication over the drone video.
“They’re probably asking for that in the alternative because they know the motion will never be granted with prejudice,” Rahamani said.

So does NBC, as Irene Byon is supposed to have ordered Morrison to follow the bus, she works for NBC.
I’m sure Morrison doesn’t NOW but he would have had credentials showing who he worked for when the police stopped him, wouldn’t he?
