71% of Americans think the country’s headed in the wrong direction.
The real question:
Who are the 29% that think things are going well?
Thank you so much for the thread!
Even if you are incorporated in DE, NV.... you still have to register in CA to do business here. And you have to pay an $800 minimum tax which increases with your profits. There are, of course, additional fees & taxes associated with dong business in CA, no matter which state you are incorporated in.
Yes, when I was planning my spice business we thought about incorporating it in Delaware. There’s companies that will do it for you for a small fee. Tennessee’s business fee is outrageous, to start an LLC.
👍
“Guess the determinant is to whom he pays unemployment taxes to on his paycheck.”
We pay Tennessee state tax, which actually is nothing. But we don’t pay Delaware state tax. So it seems like he probably pays into unemployment to Tennessee. I’ll ask our accountant. Oh wait, that’s me. I guess I’ll go take a look at one of his statements.
True, I was only tested for German measles during my first pregnancy, and I had natural immunity. Actually, since I had the Hong Kong flu I’m immune to many strains of flu. Maybe others I’ve been exposed to. Last time I got a bad flu was 1978. I rarely catch any flu, even though I’m exposed. Not that i recklessly get close to sick people, but it happens.
I got the West Nile Virus from mosquitoes.
So funny, Jane!!!!
They better keep the rides open and the food flowing.
Just got home from Slaveway, took me forever as I saw 5 friends and it would be rude if I didn't stop and talk, ya know.
You can’t even play a professional sport game in California without being taxed, same in NY.
The company pays the UI tax, not the EE.
You can barely breathe without being taxed in CA. And I think Newsom is looking into a way to tax that too.
I dint du the maff

A jury trial, they are picking the jury today.
I caught that too. Guy said he believed in 2A so he was biased and wanted to be excused. Crazy https://t.co/iPXLSKYOm9— Jack Posobiec 🇺🇸 (@JackPosobiec) November 1, 2021
Boomer man just said he couldn't be impartial enough for the jury because he believed in the 2nd Amendment/federalist papers, one of the biggest problems on the right is that people are extremely naïve, to the point of stupidity. There are 100% leftwing activists in the jury pool— Mystery Grove Publishing Co. (@MysteryGrove) November 1, 2021
The judge, God bless him, is doing a good job explaining how simple their duties are: "Can you put your biases aside and only consider the evidence presented in court?" How mentally ill do you have to be to say no to that?
All of the people saying this was a rational move to avoid retaliation should shut the f@ck up
Conditions aren't nearly that bad yet, and even if they were you need to deal with it
I'm gonna translate that as "I believe in self-defense and I think Kyle is probably not guilty, but I don't want my house burned down, my business looted and my family threatened so please just let me go home"
I’m old enough to remember that the train was supposed to go from LA to LV, that was back in the day of course.
Thanks, LG. So people that believe in the constitution are afraid or think they aren’t qualified to serve on a jury? How pitiful.
We’re the problem. We’re old enough to remember too many things.
Oh, yes. I've been hearing that one since I came out here in 1981. And the 15 Freeway is still only 2 lanes each way, making the drive about 2-3 hours longer (with no accidents) than it should be at busy times. Coming back from Vegas on a Sunday is a nightmare.
