We, culturally, have surrendered to fascism.
Once you enter the confines of employment...The US Constitution has absolutely NO standing and can be set aside in the interest of corporate compliance (vis-a-vis regulation).
The US Constitution is no longer \of ANY effect\ in the US workplace...you have no rights when working, other than those proffered by your employer.
They may or may not be in accord with the US Constitution.
Employers have been provided exemption (means of production).

Under Communism, all the businessmen were shot.
Under Fascism, all the businessmen who didn’t do what they were told, were shot.
Under what we have now, all the POLITICIANS who don’t pass laws like the businessmen tell them, have a scandal or don’t get funded for re-election.
