Colleague Jacqui Heinrich rpts Biden will announce a framework for the social spending bill when at the Capitol mtg with Dems today. That should trigger a vote on the infrastructure bill. Dems hope 10-15 GOPers make up the difference since the margin is tight on infrastructure.

I hope this is the spending bill that finally collapses this retched mess once and for all. This slow bleed is getting annoying.

Announcing a framework for a plan is not the same as announcing a plan.

Keeping my fingers crossed that this is just another trial balloon.

It was almost a positive visit for Biden. He only wandered around for have the time looking for a bathroom. He should have followed Kirsten Sinema and said he was “fluid”, a term he recently got form Terry McAuliffe.
