Regardless of the OP article source, this was in Hazard KY, as in Dukes of Hazard. The original source, which I always try to use, is; https://www.wkyt.com/2021/10/27/parents-outraged-by-inappropriate-actions-during-hazard-high-school-assembly/
Great example of how lefty media distorts news with the vocab choices/framing:
1. Reality: Parents Outraged at Sexualized Misconduct Sponsored by School & Participating Teachers
Media rewrite: Some Parents have a Mixed Reaction about Homecoming Event
2. Reality: Riots over Debunked Race Hoax Destroy Neighborhood.
Media rewrite: Mostly Peaceful Protest to Address Police Brutality
3. Reality: Protest at Presidential Swearing-In Ceremony, One Unarmed Protestor Shot Dead by Gov. Agent.
Media rewrite: Insurrection at the Capital! End of Democracy is Near!
See how framing changes meaning? It’s everywhere and always supports the commie version.
I've been to Hazard, Kentucky a few times when I was in school at Jackson, KY. Jackson is in "Bloody" Breathitt County, which was dry back then and Hazard is in Perry County which allows the sale of alcoholic beverages. The trip to Hazard was very popular for that reason, but Hazard didn't impress me at all. As a matter of fact, the whole of Eastern Kentucky was very depressed and depressing almost fifty years ago. The coal dust all over the "hills and hollers" gave an atmosphere of despair and decadence. It seems to have changed for the worst.
