"What specifically are you asking for, and what law are you using and these attorney generals [sic] using to get standing before the Supreme Court? ... Nobody has got standing." Bannon asked. "So tell me how, Mike Lindell, on the 23rd of November at 9 a.m., how this is anything more than a fantasy?" ... "I'm not an attorney," Lindell admitted, though he did claim to be in contact with plaintiffs who do have legal standing to file a lawsuit directly to the Supreme Court.
"I hope to get a minimum of 20 [attorneys general]." He added. "I'd like to get all 50 attorneys generals [sic] because every one of them should be worried."
"But you're not going to get 50, let's be realistic." Bannon replied. ... Lindell spoke generally about the legal basis for the law suit to be filed with SCOTUS, "It has something to do with our [Fourteenth] and 12th Amendment."

OK, so what is the legal basis now that will get standing, when other attempts after the election failed?
I have two possible answers. The first is that Lindell and his AG allies will finally reveal the data that the election was hacked and votes were flipped between the local tabulation centers and the central reporting servers. Proof of fraud should be enough to compel SCOTUS to drop the "no standing" dodge to hear a petition for a writ of quo warranto. The second is that if just one senator was affected by the fraud, then the entire Jan. 6th certification was legally incorrect as at least one state was denied full representation in the U.S. Senate, and thus could not object to certifying certain state's electors. Hopefully, SCOTUS will hear the case. If nothing else, this keeps the issue of election fraud alive in the next election cycle for the midterm election.
Didn’t he already do that?
And it was lame and ineffective?
So... this is a re-run?
Very few will be watching him or talking about it.
There will be no “overturning” of the election.
The retard is POTUS, and the electors have seated him.
Cold Case Posse part deux is a waste of time.
The third possible answer is he’s full of crap. I’m betting on door No. 3.
Wow! A Thanksgiving marathon MyPillow advertisement from the liar and grifter Mike Lindell.
As you said, I support this effort for keeping the election fraud issue alive, if nothing else . It may actually even be gaining interest, based on this article yesterday.
35 percent of (all registered) voters in new poll say 2020 election should be overturned
Make it so people can understand what you are talking about.
I like Mike Lindell and wish we had more of them, but he still thinks he can fix stupid and win against corruption. But I have a feeling it may take more than what Mike can come up with.
Sorry, Mike. Being in Kanadahar (Canada), our Thanksgiving was 3 weeks ago. I’ll likely be working (or else fired) for not taking the experimental injections demanded by my employer before November 1.
Like him or hate him, Mike Lindell is one of the only conservatives fighting the good fight against a blatantly stolen election. Right or wrong, his most outrageous claims have more truth than the current main stream media consensus on MSNBC or FOXNEWS. He is funding this fight with his own time and money. He is also almost single-handedly funding all real conservative media. Mike Lindell has done a thousand times more work to defend our republic from this coup than all these pathetic Mike Lindell critics have ever done combined.
The USSC is a lost cause no matter what.
Not again...
Sorry, Mike, I’m busy and will not be watching.
This is all supposed to be based on the PCAP data. That data is worthless, a joke.
Go away, Mike.
I admire Lindell’s passion. I envy his innocence, believing that SCOTUS will do the right thing.
I think he has enough proof that the election was stolen, and there’s other proof in the states. But nothing will happen unless God steps in and performs a miracle.
Ok, someone cue the “Not this sh$$ again” meme. Don’t get me wrong, I like Lindell but his efforts do not bear the fruit we all expected.
