Actually it’s not and I for one am not going to convict that asshole without all the facts just because I don’t like his politics.
You don’t have the ability to convict him.
On the other hand, the gun didn’t kill the woman.
Would he have checked the gun if it was a scene that required him to shoot himself in the head? Or one of his children? Can you think of any other situation in life in which the guy who pulls the trigger is not charged? For example a friend hands me a gun and says it’s not loaded. I point at him and shoot it, and it is loaded? He dies, I’m charged plain and simple.
Alex Baldwin was the boss and the person ultimately responsible to check the gun and what cartridges, if any, that were in the gun and what type they were, live ammunition of blank rounds.
Poverty and prison time are what Alec Baldwin deserves
He is not only the one who pointed the gun and pulled the trigger... he is also the “producer” that was onscene and decided to continue filming despite numerous safety complaints and a walkout over two “accidental” firings and other problems in the days directly before. The only way he isn't going to be considered criminally negligent is if his leftist allies stir up enough sympathy for him... along with assistance from people like you of course.
Is there any question that Baldwin pointed the gun at the now-deceased and pulled the trigger?
Did you see his old tweet, about Liz Cheney?
He said Liz Cheney talks and seems so much like her father.
I wonder if she’s ever accidentally shot a good friend of hers in the face.
Everyone who handled that firearm was responsible for checking it. Especially the person who pointed it and pulled the trigger.
I work in a gun shop and I NEVER hand a firearm to a customer without personally checking it. And then I check it again when they return it to me.
