Still investigating and interviewing. Reed, Halls and Baldwin have all been cooperative to date. No charges filed to date, no charges ruled out, including Baldwin. About 500 rounds located on set. LE are working through to determine which were live, which were blanks. Lead removed from Souza's shoulder. Sent to Quantico for analysis.

Interesting note: Three weapons on the cart. One of the three was a genuine fake, non-functional gun.

Sending all evidence to Quantico for the FBI to examine. Other than that, still investigating, can’t comment on anything we don’t already know. 500 rounds they found were mix of dummy, blanks and what might be live ammo. Sending those to Quantico to make that decision of whether live or not.

Sheriff admits Baldwin was handed a gun with a live round and shot the gun killing one and injuring another. The fact that they say more investigation is needed to decide who to charge and with what, if anyone, tells me it won’t be Baldwin. No reason they couldn’t charge him now knowing what they do know and charge others later. Setup or not, he pulled the trigger without checking the gun.
