Halyna Hutchins' family is almost certainly gearing up for a wrongful death lawsuit -- in the wake of her death on the set of the movie "Rust" -- and TMZ has learned the insurance policy that covered the production is limited to $6 million.
We obtained the face sheet of the insurance policy written by Front Row Insurance Brokers. General liability coverage is limited to $1 million per occurrence.

typically there are numerous requirements insurance companies impose and violations of those requirements could allow the company to deny coverage. For instance, given this was a policy to cover a western with various gun scenes, there may be an exclusion if there was live ammo on the set.

it’s nuts
accident
[ˈaksədənt]
NOUN
an unfortunate incident that happens unexpectedly and unintentionally, typically resulting in damage or injury.
Yes, it certainly part of the boilerplate. For example, you will not get coverage for statutory liability, such as where a consumer protection statute creates liability for treble damages an attorney’s fees - carrier may pay only the portion of the judgment that is based on non-statutory liability (negligence, etc.) And not the multiplied amount. As far as drunk driving, liability insurance pays damages caused by drunk drivers already found guilty all the time.
thank you...
The dead woman’s husband is in The Cankles law firm. Baldwin’s miserable existence will be reserved for the more hazardous aspects of the charitable contribution racket or quickly ended when the sharks get hungry.
“WE aint paying for your shit show!”
EXACTLY !!
LOL! He is definitely finished then. Any connection to Hitlery spells doom.
A person of modest means can “throw in the policy” and probably walk away. There are people and business entities involved here that might have to augment that $6MM.
in a sane world
I am not a lawyer, but I don’t understand why this is a jury case. Aren’t 95% of cases settled?
OK was able to shield what he had BECAUSE it was retirement money, Baldwin doesn’t have that shield!! This couldn’t happen to a nicer guy KARMA finally catches this asshat!!!
OK = OJ. OOPS!!!
I’m inclined to believe the insurance company might have its own definition...and connected to “law”

Not interested in your uniformed inclinations.
The stats are higher than that - more like 98% settle. It will take 3 to 4 years to get to a trial.
Yes you’re right. Time will tell as always. My best guess is the parties will reach a settlement and terms won’t be disclosed.
Pecos Alec is good for the rest.
