Criminal charges have not been ruled out in a fatal accidental shooting by actor Alec Baldwin on the set of a western film, the local district attorney said on Tuesday.
Santa Fe County District Attorney Mary Carmack-Altwies, in an interview with the New York Times also said it was incorrect to refer to the firearm used in the incident as a “prop gun,” as has been done in media reports.

The question is why did Baldwin cock the single action pistol, aim the gun at the cinematographer’s chest and pull the trigger while rehearsing?
He pulled the trigger blasted her in the chest while rehearsing.

Sad to see so many Baldwin apologists who want “I didn’t know the gun was loaded” to be a legal defense to homicide.

Alec Baldwin attacked President Trump many times. He deserves the suffering he gets, not that it will be enough.

Baldwin was aiming towards the camera lens because that’s the view that the director wanted to capture. The cinematographer was operating the camera and the director was standing behind her.
