Fauci is a malignant sociopath, as are most serial killers. They start by torturing animals and derive extreme joy from it. Then they move on to humans. Fauci has the torture and killing of puppies, monkeys, mice, and God-only-knows what else, in his history. Sociopaths have no ability to feel empathy for the pain in others living beings.
