Yes, we all know Biden declared a "Mandate" - just as he dictated 42 Executive Orders his first two weeks in offices.
With all of his mainstream press corpse creating the "fear", has any actually published the OSHA Code and Paragraph that allows an employer to mandate off-jobsite health practices that Biden is using? Has OSHA actually written their "Law" yet? Or is it merely another overreach - like the CDC "rule" that prohibited renters from being released for not paying their rent?
I asked my boss at work last week. She said upper management is in discussion with internal and external legal as to how to implement. I asked if OSHA has implemented anything...she said there was an EO.
Don’t shoot me...that’s what she said.
Think about it. I’m sure you’ll figure it out.
Actual definition of Fascism
Since I don't have your imaginative view of things I probably won't.
Nobody can rule on it until the mandate actually happens and somebody with standing files a lawsuit. Hopefully when that happens, a judge will issue a court order to stop the mandate from being implemented while the case is litigated, but that is up to the individual judge who gets the case.
“Let me know when God weighs in.”
That’s a nice Soviet comment from you.
He already weighed in, in both the Declaration and the text of the Constitution (which was written for the common man).
For real Americans paying attention, we just exercise our God-given individual, family and religious rights and ignore those acting under color of law.
It’s the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996. So that’s HIPAA. HIIPA? What are your smoking, bunko?
Ah, the joys of an own-goal...😇
Never said they did.
Then why are you posting about them, on a thread whose TITLE is about OSHA?
Or fire a woman if she has an abortion.
Technically it’s: PHI
protected
Health
Information
Meaning questions regarding my health is protected. HIV TB et al. Federal Law calling questions regarding PHI do not need to be answered.
Here’s an interesting article - link from Instapundit. Not familiar with author, but explains why HIPPA should not be used for mandate argument, but rather. AHA. Who knew? Guess we’ll have to wait until actual regs come out & AG’s file suit.

Add the ADA to the list.
I’m severely hearing disabled so I always am interested in how the ADA can be used to push back on companies.
