Here’s an interesting article - link from Instapundit. Not familiar with author, but explains why HIPPA should not be used for mandate argument, but rather. AHA. Who knew? Guess we’ll have to wait until actual regs come out & AG’s file suit.

I’m severely hearing disabled so I always am interested in how the ADA can be used to push back on companies.
