I just now thought of that. But still!
Even with the moratorium, one would think the apartment managers would be in contact with the tenants.
Then again, as I remember, all that apartment management companies do is collect the rent. If you call to have something fixed, they send someone.
If there’s no rent to collect, and if no one ever calls to have something fixed... What a really sad story.
