NO POTATOES in stew? To quote my TN Sunday School teacher: “Now, that ain’t right”.

My favorite meal, but with peas instead of beans.
My dear DH would have said “ what did I do to deserve this”? But he would want canned peas. Sigh.

My favorite restaurant soup is Olive Garden’s Toscana Soup — potato with Italian sausage. I found a book of knockoffs of different restaurants’ menu items and made it a couple times. Delicious.
