Top 15 Countries by Total Exports (1960-2018)
This video ranks the top 15 countries in the world by total exports of goods and services from 1960 to 2018. Exports of goods and services represent the value of all goods and other market services provided to the rest of the world. They include the value of merchandise, freight, insurance, transport, travel, royalties, license fees, and other services, such as communication, construction, financial, information, business, personal, and government services.
I understand that the United States leads the world in exporting demented political philosophy cross dressed up as DEMOCRACY.
Thanks!
Russia’s rise & fall was interesting.
Gotta love the republican and democrat help toward china. Yet, people still go out and vote for them.
I assume that the high ranking of the Netherlands is due to goods throughout Europe being funneled through the Netherlands for export.

Where is Taiwan (Republic of China) on the list? I see they have Hong Kong split out, which means Communist China exports over $3T worth every year.
At least we got the TSA, DHS, and Patriot Act...
Re: Hong Kong exports not included in China exports
Good catch - I completely missed that.
I would like to know what percentage of Hong Kong exports are services - like international banking and container shipping.
Against Communist China, The USA trails by less than 10%.
Since Communist China employs at least 4X times as many industrial workers as the USA does, I have never been especially worried about falling behind China in manufacturing.
Every business in the USA needs to be focused on new automation and new digital technology every year.
Instead, we import more than a million new low skill, low cost foreign workers every year.
Economic insanity!
“I see they have Hong Kong split out, which means Communist China exports over $3T worth every year.”
Over half of HK’s export goes to the “mainland” China. There's a large port over there, most of HK’s trade is actually transit, otherwise they wouldn't be that high on the list. I think the same goes for Singapore.
