On Wednesday, October 20, at around 6:30 p.m., a female Ocala Police Department officer received a text message from a phone number that was later confirmed to belong to Sammie Lee Osterloh.
The text message stated, “It’s Sammie,” and added, “I will hurt you.” A second message stated, “I’ll be there tomorrow to beat your (expletive).”
The female officer that received those text messages had arrested Osterloh’s boyfriend earlier in the day for a parole violation.(snip)
During the phone call, Osterloh made threats to beat up the female officer, and that she was going to make sure to record it.
The female officer was familiar with Osterloh, and after listening to the jail phone call, she immediately confirmed that the female on the call was Osterloh.
A Marion County Sheriff’s Office detective drove to a NW 134th Court residence, and Osterloh met the detective outside on the front yard.
She was placed under arrest and denied sending the threatening text messages.(snip)
According to the MCSO report, the detective asked Osterloh if she had ever talked to the female officer. She confirmed that they had spoken before, and she stated that the female officer, “can and will get these hands.”
The detective continued to ask about the female officer and why the text messages were sent. Osterloh allegedly responded with, “If I had the choice right now, I’d take your gun and I’d shoot her in the (expletive) forehead.”
While being transported to Marion County Jail, the deputy driving the patrol car pulled to a stop when he noticed something in Osterloh’s mouth.
The rear door was opened, and Osterloh had removed one of the handcuffs. She told the deputy that she had the handcuff key in her mouth, and she swallowed it.

Sammie Lee Osterloh- A middle name of Lee is apparently bad news in women, as well.
Always keep a spare handcuff key.

The north 1/3 of the island is Saint Lucie Inlet State Preserve.
About 10 miles of pristine beaches and intracoastal wet lands.
All along the road are signs saying parking in designated parking spots only.
There are about 4 designated parking car spots.The rich just do not care for us lessers to be there.
