Reagan did a great job of articulating the choice we had to make in America. The problem is not, however, philosophical, but operational. How do we effectuate that choice? How do we save America from the swamp of federal bureaucracy in league with the judiciary in league with a crony capitalist private sector? That will take more than votes. It's going to take a very powerful President who has the skills of a work-out artiste, who can run our federal government through a bankruptcy proceeding, fire everyone who is incompetent and eliminate every department of every agency that has no productive function, streamline and rebuild those that do, and pair down each and every surviving agency. Also, banish the frauds and panderers and parasites that inhabit the swamp into an exile to remote parts with warnings that if they are ever heard from they will be summarily executed. It encludes running out of town on a rail a lot of the federal judciary from the Supreme Court down to some federal magistrates.
Just to encourage the others.
