Sounds like a lawsuit is going to follow this.

Just happened to be there, did someone log into ‘www.scabs4hire.com’?

(The above is not a statement of fact. It is either opinion, or satire. Or both.)

Why do they keep calling it a “misfire”?

Baldwin blasted her in the stomach. During a scene rehearsal. Without checking the chamber for a live round.
To: marcusmaximus
Live round in a gun 6 hours after disgruntled workers walk off the set. Interesting
To: marcusmaximus
A misfire is when the round doesn’t go off.

A set expert said they never, ever actually aim at people. The live fire filming always uses angles to make it seem like a direct aim but it never is. So Baldwin did not follow standard safety protocols.
To: MileHi
Because they are setting up the narrative that this was just an accident which could not have been prevented.
I don’t know if we have all the facts yet.

A misfire is when the round doesn’t go off.Exactly, and how did two "rounds" go off accidentally while holding a single action revolver, which I assume they were using since it is a Western they're filming, unless it was cocked or dropped onto the floor twice?
To: marcusmaximus
Excuse me, Mr. Baldwin, I have just one more question.....

This was no "misfire". Baldwin addressed his victims right before they were killed. Baldwin yelled something to the effect of "I ought to blow your [effin] heads off" and discharged the weapon. It was not a misfire. Baldwin meant to fire the gun. He could have thought the gun was harmless. Obviously it wasn't.
They are going to try to gin up a "misfire" alibi, but there are witnesses who will testify otherwise. Reckless endangerment at the minimum.

and how did two "rounds" go off accidentally It's been reported that a single projectile hit both people, by passing through the woman and then striking the guy. Which does sometimes happen.
To: Dilbert San Diego
Set safety experts say this can’t happen if standard industry safety protocols are adhered to. The scabs at the last moment probably was the cause.
To: marcusmaximus
There some serious negligence involved. The only question is, does rise the level of criminal negligence.

It was reported that a bullet passed through Halyna's body and then into the body of the man was injured in his clavicle. There was only one shot fired according to reports.

I guess hotels are too expensive for the cheap ass producer of this crap attempt at entertainment. Maybe that’s why he shot a couple so he could save on the bills 🤪
