This was no "misfire". Baldwin addressed his victims right before they were killed. Baldwin yelled something to the effect of "I ought to blow your [effin] heads off" and discharged the weapon. It was not a misfire. Baldwin meant to fire the gun. He could have thought the gun was harmless. Obviously it wasn't.

They are going to try to gin up a "misfire" alibi, but there are witnesses who will testify otherwise. Reckless endangerment at the minimum.

That is a pretty serious accusation and while there are rumors to this effect around the internet, not one actual report from any outlet is going with this story. Do you personally know the witnesses you say will testify he said this?

I think Baldwin is a jackass but if he did what you say- he’s worse than that. Until it’s verified- it’s a rumor.
