I'm surprised....and very pleased indeed....by ow little I've missed the NFL since I last watched one of their broadcasts early last year.

650,000 e-mails and they found only about a dozen that contained anything inappropriate. All from the same dude. Riiiiiight.

If he wants to keep collecting the remainder of the $60-70 million owed him, he will remain silent.

I’ve said from the start that if they released all the emails half of ESPN would be out of a job.

Rep. Carolyn B. Maloney (D-New York), who is the Chairwoman of the Committee on Oversight and Reform, and Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-Illinois) sent a five-page letter to Goodell asking him to turn over all the pertinent information from the Washington investigation by Nov. 4.
I admit to not having followed this story too closely. I haven't read the emails etc.
But this is a congressional issue why?

Someone is reading too much into his words. There’s nothing “cryptic” about them.

misogynistic, homophobic and racist language
Horse manure. Women have no place in an NFL locker room. They shouldn’t be referees, or umpires either. I love women, I married one and have 5 daughters. I would want them to be a sports commentator, a cheerleader, or a sports reporter for male only sports.
The League was PUSHING for a homosexual to be drafted, that was wrong and if I were making decisions, I would never want to know their proclivities, and would have bucked back hard if it was suggested I waste a draft pick on an untalented deviant.
Racist how? Describing a guy with huge lips as having huge lips?
PC B.S., that is what has destroyed the best game ever invented, FOOTBALL...
