We are at the edge of the precipice. The "pretending it's fine" aspect of the charade evokes a deep terror pic.twitter.com/sNvfHVyiwx

Our Safeway appears to be trying to hide the supply shortage by using single lines of products to fill shelves. Leading to this: pic.twitter.com/CDXR67FYRu

I just bought 100 of those stickers on Amazon.
the video on Twitter is actually scary.
It appears an entire seasonal area’s stock has not arrived and won’t arrive for weeks.
Stock up while, you can, it’s gonna get bad.
Handlers try to hide Biden’s empty brain… Lots of Videos & Photos
$3.96 premium most of Tampa Bay AO.

Having worked at the corporate HQ for Wally for about 5 years a long time ago, I don’t think retailers are trying to “hide” the shortages. They are just “fronting” the shelves....ie trying not to have gaping holes where product should be. That’s standard. Even when you have a product for a particular space but don’t have enough to stock the entire shelf, the retail workers are supposed to come along and slide all of it to the front of the shelf for shoppers. It looks better.
It’s not some conspiracy , it’s how retailers ménage their stores all the time .
That’s strange. You would think B would want to keep the blue areas stocked via the PORT of NY, etc.

Since when is marketing NOT manipulation?
The meme is real....
I use the fatwood they sell at Walmart to start my woodstoves.
(I used to use the local lefty propaganda organ “newspaper” but couldn’t stand to look at it any more...)
Last winter they were out of stock—all winter.
Then they finally showed up—a whole season’s worth at one time—in July!
Everybody was laughing at me when they saw I just bought a shopping cart full of them. :-)
They must be keeping the shelves full to support shoplifting rights (as specified in the newly interpreted Constitution) and to prevent fire-bombing during looting...
For sure. I had to climb onto the bottom freezer shelf twice yesterday to get the last of two items. But, for the record, no noticeable shortages at all at the stores around here.
The East Germans were awesome at hiding empty shelves
That came in in the spring, early summer and sits there until Halloween. I worked retail for awhile.
I normally order from Chewy, but missed the shipping deadline and had to stop in at Pet Supplies Plus for canned cat food.
Nearly the whole aisle was empty.
I noticed prices are up today.
Food Items costing a dollar two weeks ago are now $1.25.
I worked retail, that ain’t facing. Well it is. but all of it being the same product taking all that space says the shelves would look empty without the facing. Products are missing in that place.
Dollar Tree is raising it’s prices..............
