Corporations Pull Out the Long Knives for Their Employees
American Thinker ^ | 21 Oct, 2021 | Dave Matthews

In the age of experimental gene therapy mandates, so much for religious accommodation.

By now, it has become painfully clear that many big businesses no longer side with employees or customers and have eagerly embraced the left's ideas. They are now active and willing participants in the destruction of America.

This is easily seen by the fact that many big businesses, eagerly and without reservation, have embraced the federal vaccine mandate despite no actual published rules having been put in place. All it took to achieve vast compliance was the president yelling at the unvaccinated and telling America that his patience was wearing thin. (He was promptly, thereafter, escorted away for milk and cookies.) The mere threat was enough to cause some of the largest businesses in the country to abandon the rights of their employees and institute arbitrary deadlines for vaccination — those unwilling to adjust to the new reality of their employers deciding their medical choices were faced with the threat of firing, full speed ahead, "my body my choice" be damned. Nothing says American freedom and grit like corporations and businesses giving into the Executive Office's whims and distractions without so much as a whimper — an unconditional surrender, and without even seeing any published implementation guidance on the mandate.

It is obvious that it was coming. It was in the smoky air, blowing across America from the burned out ruins of our inner cities. Corporations and big businesses freely gave their tithes and offerings and performed their black-boxed acts of self-flagellation and contrition to the "mostly peaceful" organizations that spent the "summer of love" looting and pillaging America for its own good.

Either communist tyranny wins or the pendulum swings back the other way.

My place just fired a guy here with 38 years over the so-called vaccine

Don’t let the door hit you on the way out….

In fairness, this is the way they treat us anyway, vaccine or not…

And they’re truly puzzled why most of their employees don’t give a shit

It may not seem like it now but they are better off not working for people who are either so evil or so weak they would throw away their employees freedom and want to treat them as possessions.

The trick is to not quit. Make them fire you. That way you can be part of the class action lawsuits. Sure, big Pharma has immunity (ironic), but the over-100 businesses that carry out this illegal edict do not, and legions of tort lawyers are licking their chops right now.

The country is now ruled by collective insanity, so it’s futile to expect to find any rationality in government or corporate America. The hunt is on for anyone who doesn’t want to get jabbed for religious reasons. When they find you they relieve you of your ability to earn a living.

The Soviet Union had the Gulag. The USA doesn’t have Gulags, but the end result is the same.

They’re building them as you typed this. In Washington State they are motels/hotels the county government is buying to be used as “quarantine centers” for COVID. It’s coming…

Ha. I’m using the Vivaldi browser. Got a popup that basically stated...hey, you’re using an ad blocker....knock it off-we rely on ads for revenue. (I was able to close it and keep reading in peace. Sometimes I can’t)

But without ad blockers any article is basically unreadable anyway

HR is employment for those who have no real marketable skills to offer a business.

Sabotage on the way out is not unheard of.

Be prepared to do without the products of any so woke company.

Also, imagine what an employee could do with its list of customers’ data. Not just to make some dosh on the way out, but to stick it to the company. Make every customer the enemy of the woke company simple because they are now identity theft victims.

Corporate America has treated employees as servants since the 1980’s when private equity firms and corporate raiders began downsizings and raiding of pension plans. This continued during the 1990’s with offshoring of American blue collar manufacturing jobs and the replacement of pension plans with 401K plans. 401K plans were a big payoff to Wall Street investment firms who have siphoned trillions of dollars from the 401k and IRA accounts of American citizens through high fees and commissions realized from asset churning. Employee pay, adjusted for inflation, has been essentially flatlined for a generation while executive pay, bonuses and benefits have increased geometrically.

Corporate America is in bed with big government. CEO’s and other senior executives move from corporate jobs to senior government jobs and back to corporate jobs. Their spouses and siblings do the same. Their children go to exclusive private high schools and “prestigious” Ivy League universities where they will rub shoulders with other children of elites and develop social networks that ensure a position in the aristocracy.

The founding fathers rejected nobility and aristocratic titles. We are now ruled by aristocrats who go to the same schools, live in gated communities, intermarry, are beneficiaries of a dual tier legal system which insulates them (Hunter Biden, John Brennan, Richard Burr, James Comey, etc) from the laws they brutally enforce on the little people.

To today’s CEO’s employees are simply numbers on a spreadsheet. The goal is to use them and toss them aside when no longer useful.
