Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis on Friday said he hopes fugitive Brian Laundrie "is apprehended and brought to justice" if officials find him guilty of a crime.
DeSantis' comments came after a press conference in North Port, Florida — where Brian Laundrie lived with his parents and deceased fiancée, Gabby Petito — during which the governor announced a $1.69 million grant for the city to help with job creation.
"You know, my view would be, it's a little disappointing that we still don't have this guy's whereabouts," DeSantis said in response to a question about Laundrie from Fox News Miami correspondent Phil Keating.
"This is obviously somebody that would be a suspect when something like this happens," DeSantis, a father to two daughters, added. "Clearly there [were] things going on here with the family. So I hope that he's apprehended and brought to justice if, in fact, he was the one that is guilty of this, because it's a really sad thing — this is a very beautiful young girl with a lot of potential. And a lot of people really loved her a lot, and to see this happen really is heartbreaking."

Maybe you already knew that Gabby Petito’s BFF Rose Davis was busted in 2020 for LSD, Meth, Ecstasy, & Amphetamines. Davis ID’s as bisexual on her Facebook. LOL, the condo was sold on July 30. Maybe it was the parents who put stuff in storage due to the condo going into escrow. (road trip started july 2 (if memory is good). or maybe Brian/Gabby already knew condo was up for sale and that’s why they need a storage unit?? it’s new info so i’m speculating...

The condo was on the market before Gabby & Brian left town. Hadn’t heard they were living in it. Interesting info about Rose. The van was in the driveway of the North Port house 9/11 when the police found it.
Rose was the one Gabby was supposed to call on her bday Aug 29 to plan a meetup in Yellowstone.wonder if that’s the trigger for all this? so maybe it’s a drug infested love triangle?
Aren’t we all curious why Brian hasn’t been charged with stealing the van?

Good theory! As for stealing the van, the bank fraud charges are enough to maintain a federal manhunt. Plenty more charges to come once Brian is in custody.

The gabby in condo story is getting ripped by twits who claim there was a tenant.The twits sound more credible than Rose.
I wouldn’t create a thread for such but i liked this story since i’ve stayed in the cabins at that place.
