I just watched the segment on Tucker where the mother was not allowed to be with her disabled daughter because of COVID rules. She was arrested....and the hospital could have a huge lawsuit on their hands if the mother knows this.
I have posted this before. Have dealt with it ourselves with our elderly, disabled mother. The hospital backed down when we told them this.
Please...everyone. KNOW YOUR RIGHTS! And would someone please send this link to Tucker? Don't have a contact for the mom...but she needs to know this. Hospitals are ignorant of the ADA law.

They say it’s to protect other employees or you...
They don’t need protection if you have overwhelming evidence of a cure. Millions of populations have gone back to normal and you now have the human observational studies to prove it.
The question is, what are you going to do with the info? Hope someone else does something for you?
It needs to be done locally so everyone needs to jump on this now, pass the info along. See this...

Also, please post a short version of this ADA thing so we can look it over. Could be another good legal angle for this.
There are links under the header of the video.
I just can’t imagine being ARRESTED for trying to take care of a loved-one. And hospitals can do whatever they want TO them.
TBH....I was the one who discovered the “BHO...mmm.. mom.. mmm” video years ago. Posted it on here...and sent it to EVERY entity I knew. Drudge, Malkin, Breitbart...etc.
Took over TWO WEEKS to hit the news.
Haha, I was just humming BHO…mmm…mmm…mmm the other day!
You mean on YouTube? Some people won’t go there.
Quite frankly....I’ve done legwork. Time for others to pick up the slack.
Hospitals are probably worried about the liability and the possible interruption of work flow. If they allow one disabled person’s attendant to stay with them for the duration of that patient’s hospital stay, what’s to stop evey disabled patient from expecting the same accomodations?
There is not a lot of room in the shared patient’s quarters.
I’m not saying I agree or disagree with the hospital.
I have been in the hospital a couple of times over the last decade, recovering from various surgeries, so I’m seeing it from the other patient’s point of view.
But all this could stop if COVID wasn’t a threat anymore like it isn’t in dense populations of 241 and 277 and 120 MILLION if you put your local hospital or health officials and boss on legal notice, see
