In his opinion, Mazzant writes, via Michael Gehlken of the Dallas Morning News, that “The Court takes no comfort in enforcing an arbitration award that upholds a punishment that, arguably, is not permissible under the parties’ CBA.

So the Cowboys Collins will not play this weekend. I thought that the judges' reasoning regarding the CBA and the arbitrators ruling was interesting.

Just realized I missed making a pick for Sunday night football. If no one objects I'll pick Buff to win. Game is happening now, both teams look good, it's 14 -10 buff 5:39 left in the. 2nd.
I'm not sure what to do if a pick is missed. I'm out of town, rushed my picks before leaving Thursday morning.
