I'm not one for fat shaming, but we Americans (in general) have to do something about our weight.
Heart disease, diabetes, strokes... some say cancer... are all influenced by nutrition and weight. And, to be blunt, the fatter a person, the worse it is.
What we eat, and how much we eat, is more deadly than COVID.
