She looks like she’s doubled in size in the past few years. No wonder she needs a cane to walk.

I'm not one for fat shaming, but we Americans (in general) have to do something about our weight.

Heart disease, diabetes, strokes... some say cancer... are all influenced by nutrition and weight. And, to be blunt, the fatter a person, the worse it is.

What we eat, and how much we eat, is more deadly than COVID.

I have fought the battle of weight all my life.

I finally started to turn off my emotions, bless the Good Lord for every meal, and stop when I’d enough.

I wish that peace on everyone.
