The COVID-19 patient’s health was deteriorating quickly at a Michigan hospital, but he was having none of the doctor’s diagnosis. Despite dangerously low oxygen levels, the unvaccinated man didn’t think he was that sick and got so irate over a hospital policy forbidding his wife from being at his bedside that he threatened to walk out of the building.
Dr. Matthew Trunsky didn’t hold back in his response: “You are welcome to leave, but you will be dead before you get to your car,’” he said.
Such exchanges have become all-too-common for medical workers who are growing weary of COVID-19 denial and misinformation that have made it exasperating to treat unvaccinated patients during the delta-driven surge.

Considering that medical schools are for-profit college as much as any other college that has gone to the dogs, I do not trust doctors anymore. They say the dumbest things.

I think government funding of colleges and medical schools is why they’re garbage.

Actually, to Mom MD’s credit, she doesn’t. She has stated that she is against masking and forced vaccinations.
“Some day our grand children will be told stories about the time in America when doctors practiced medicine, before they became politicians.”
Also, before politicians became doctors.
As for-profit institutions, they also admit more than 50% foreign students now, as do many universities.

I stripped in the garage and got right in the shower when i walked in. The point was to bring as little in the house as possible not protect me (i’m already exposed) or the car. One does what one can. But i appreciate being called stupid.
