The holiday season is rapidly approaching and being that we are still battling COVID across the country, the CDC has announced a few recommendations for Thanksgiving.
Like in 2020, the CDC is recommending that if you are hosting family or friends at your house, you should encourage social distancing, wear masks, or even consider celebrating the holiday virtually.
However, the CDC has also added another recommendation to the list. They say that if you're hosting family in your house, you should consider putting a BOX FAN in your window to circulate fresh air in your home.
We've heard throughout this pandemic that the transmission of COVID drastically decreases when outdoors or where there's good air circulation, thus a fan in the window may do the trick.
How do you feel about this? Would you even consider putting a fan in the window for Thanksgiving if you're hosting?

Stand by for Dementia Joe’s Outdoor Dining Mandate for Thanksgiving and Christmas. It isn’t any more unconstitutional than the mask mandate, after all, and much more effective since he could order the National Guard to enforce it at bayonet-point. Sure, it might be a little hard on people in, say, Maine, Colorado, Michigan, and North Dakota but it’s for the children.
Ya, the same clowns who don’t have any studies showing that masks are effective in stopping the spread of COVID, but insist you wear them anyway, now want you to spread the virus with a fan.....
Do remember that since the beginning, sensible people have been saying that fresh air and better ventilation were the cure for indoor spaces. This has always been true...1918 Spanish flu victims, for example, even recovered at a much better rate in the outdoor field hospitals than on the inside wards.
So Fauci’s response at that time was to deny this, tell people to wear (useless) masks outdoors...where the fresh air might actually have helped their lungs...or even stay indoors altogether.
I think maybe he’s getting a little nervous about the resistance...
It may just be that I am attracted to reports that tell me what I already believe, but it sure seems to me that the vaccines are increasingly proven to be not helpful. And COVID seems like a cold or flu that the population just has to get used to. Natural immunity/herd immunity is the way out whether we like it or not. Seems like that's where we are, and where we've always been. If we embraced medicines that work (Ivermectin), fewer people would die.
To see the government doubling down on the panic, even now, is disturbing.
Even where I live in Tennessee, average temperature at 12:30 on 11/25 is 52 degrees. That’ll cool off the stuffing in a hurry. Or, I can crank my heat up to 80 and piss off the greenies. Windows and doors open, gas furnace on high.

I think it would be easier to let my brother eat in the living room, my sister and BIL eat in the dining room, My sons and DIL can eat in the bedrooms and I’ll eat in the kitchen.
It is an open floor plan so we can all talk to each other in a loud voice without shouting. After than we can all scattered about the backyard and take turns making smores over the fire one at a time.

I think he and whoever just sit around and think up crap to spew out just to see how powerful they are, no matter how absurd. There are many morons that will do everything they say and the idiots at MSNBC will repeat all of his stupid recommendations. I think he gets a thrill by seeing all the idiots bowing to him.

I got no problem with that advice. Though think Fau-xi should be in a gibbet, in Leavenworth with 24/7 webcam of his fate but the advice is still valid.
Need to reduce concentration virus-in-breath-exhales so the fan makes sense to expel the virus-contaminated air. He still gets the gibbet tho for funding the enhancement and promoting the spread of the D’s “insurance policy”.
We anticipate 22 in the house for Thanksgiving. It will be the last one ever for my wife.

Some folks say that the vaccines dramatically increase a person's viral load. You might (possibly) mitigate your own illness, but, because of the vaccine, you are more likely to transmit the virus to others. But nevermind -- everyone must get vaccinated. However, we must keep our windows open, with a fan blowing, in cold weather, because we need to do whatever it takes to reduce the concentration of virus-in-breath-exhales.
Skipping the vaccine would accomplish the same thing.
